The guitar arrived quickly and was brand new. The guitar was packaged adequately and arrived without damage. The guitar is a christmas present for my son but I plugged it in and played it a little bit and it sounds great. It has good "action" (strings are close to the neck which makes it easier to play),it is well built and is a nice looking guitar. It was priced very reasonably and will make a great beginner guitar for my son. Thank you.
